Scope of Application
適用範囲

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、ASSORT INC.（以下「当サロン」）が運営するウェブサイト及び当サロンが提供するすべてのサービスに適用されます。

本ウェブサイトをご利用になる場合、または本サービスをご利用になる場合は、本規約に同意したものとみなします。ご同意いただけない場合は、本サービスのご利用をお控えください。

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the website operated by ASSORT INC. (“Salon”) and all services provided by the Salon.

By using this website or our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Appointments & Cancellations
予約・キャンセルポリシー

当サロンのサービスはすべて事前予約制です。オンライン予約・電話・お問い合わせフォームよりご予約ください。

• 前日までのキャンセル：キャンセル料なし
• 当日キャンセル：施術料金の50%を申し受ける場合があります
• 無断キャンセル：施術料金の全額を申し受ける場合があります
• 遅刻の場合、施術内容が変更となる場合があります

All services are by appointment only. Bookings can be made via online booking, phone, or contact form.

• Cancellations before the day prior: No charge
• Same-day cancellations: Up to 50% of service fee may apply
• No-shows: Full service fee may apply
• Late arrivals may result in a change of services

Pricing & Payment
料金・支払い

表示価格には消費税が含まれます。薬剤・施術内容・髪の状態によって料金が変動する場合があります。施術前に担当スタイリストよりご説明いたします。

お支払い方法：現金、クレジットカード（VISA・Mastercard・American Express・JCB）、電子マネー等。詳細はサロンにお問い合わせください。

All prices include consumption tax. Prices may vary depending on products used, service type, and hair condition. Your stylist will clarify before the service begins.

We accept cash, credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB), and electronic payments. Please contact the salon for details.

Prohibited Actions
禁止行為

• 当サロンまたは第三者の知的財産権・肖像権を侵害する行為
• 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
• 虚偽の情報を入力・送信する行為
• 不正アクセス、ウイルス送信等の技術的妨害行為
• スタッフ・他のお客様へのハラスメント行為
• 商業目的でのサロン内の無断撮影・録音・録画

• Infringing on intellectual property or portrait rights
• Acts contrary to law or public order and morals
• Submitting false or misleading information
• Unauthorized access or technical interference
• Harassment of staff or other clients
• Unauthorized photography or recording for commercial purposes

Intellectual Property
知的財産権

当ウェブサイトに掲載されているすべてのテキスト・画像・動画・デザイン・ロゴ等のコンテンツは、ASSORT INC. または正当な権利者に帰属し、著作権法その他の知的財産権法により保護されています。事前の書面による許可なく、複製・転用・配布することを禁止します。

All content on this website — including text, images, videos, designs, and logos — belongs to ASSORT INC. or its rightful owners and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction or redistribution without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Disclaimer
免責事項

施術によるアレルギー反応・肌荒れ等が懸念される場合は、施術前にパッチテストを推奨します。既往症・アレルギーがある場合は、施術前に必ずスタイリストにご申告ください。

天災・通信障害等の不可抗力に起因するサービス停止について、当サロンは責任を負いかねます。

We recommend a patch test prior to services if you have concerns about allergic reactions. Please inform your stylist of any medical conditions or allergies beforehand.

The Salon is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or communication failures.

Governing Law
準拠法・合意管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本規約に関する一切の紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

日本語版と英語版の間に齟齬がある場合、日本語版が優先されます。

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.

In the event of any discrepancy between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese version shall prevail.
